Shopiva charges delivery according to the distance between the seller pickup location and the customer's pinned delivery location.

Delivery is charged per seller pickup leg when an order contains products from multiple sellers.

At checkout, Shopiva calculates the distance from the seller pickup location to the customer's exact map pin. When the Google Routes service is configured, road distance is used; otherwise Shopiva uses an estimated map distance and clearly identifies it.

Estimated delivery time is normally based on seller handling plus carrier transit and is shown before payment when available.

Payment breakdown: the customer pays the product subtotal + Shopiva service fee + delivery fee. Seller earnings are recorded separately from Shopiva's service fee.
