Using Shopiva

Shopiva is a marketplace connecting customers with participating sellers and delivery services. Customers must provide accurate information and must not misuse the platform.

Orders

Prices, stock and delivery availability may change before an order is confirmed. An order becomes binding according to the status shown by Shopiva.

Payments

Available payment methods are shown at checkout. Shopiva will never mark an electronic payment as successful solely because a customer reports having paid; provider confirmation is required.

Sellers

Sellers are responsible for accurate product information, lawful products, stock and fulfillment obligations. Shopiva may suspend products or accounts that violate marketplace rules.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees. Customers should provide accurate delivery details and remain reachable for delivery coordination.

Support and disputes

Customers can use Shopiva support channels for order, payment and delivery disputes. Transaction records may be retained for legitimate business, accounting, security and legal purposes.
